WDCH ("we", "us", "this site") is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to any of the following companies or platforms, whose accounts or services may be referenced or resold on this site:

Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads), TikTok / ByteDance, Telegram, X Corp (Twitter), Apple Inc., Alphabet / Google (Gmail, YouTube), Microsoft (Outlook, Hotmail), LinkedIn, Snapchat, Discord, Reddit, Yahoo, Pinterest, AOL, or any other third-party service.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, and brand names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for descriptive identification of the products being offered.

2. Nature of Products

Products sold on this site fall into two categories:

• Pre-registered platform accounts obtained through publicly available registration processes. We do not engage in account theft, credential phishing, brute-force attacks, or any unauthorized access.
• Residential / data-center proxy IPs and related networking products obtained from licensed upstream IP suppliers.

Upon delivery, full ownership and full responsibility for the products transfer to the buyer.

3. Permitted Use

Products are sold for lawful business purposes including, but not limited to: account testing, market research, advertising operations, cross-border e-commerce, social media management, and similar legitimate commercial activities.

Buyer agrees to use all products in strict compliance with: (a) applicable laws of the buyer's jurisdiction, the destination platform's jurisdiction, and any other relevant jurisdiction; (b) the published Terms of Service of any platform on which accounts are used; and (c) all applicable international sanctions and export-control regimes (including, where relevant, US OFAC, EU, UK, and UN sanctions).

4. Prohibited Use

Without limiting the foregoing, products may NOT be used for:

• Fraud, identity theft, phishing, scams, or any deceptive practice;
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or unauthorized access tools;
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, incitement to violence;
• Circumventing law enforcement, court orders, or sanctions;
• Manipulating elections, markets, or public opinion through coordinated inauthentic behavior;
• Any activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the buyer or the platform.

5. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WDCH, its operators, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) buyer's use or misuse of any product; (b) buyer's violation of these terms or of any applicable law; or (c) any third-party claim arising from buyer's conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on this site — including product descriptions, tutorials, articles, images, and code — is © WDCH unless otherwise credited. Reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use without written permission is prohibited. Citations and short excerpts for non-commercial commentary are permitted under fair use / fair dealing principles.

7. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Upon receipt of a valid, legally binding request from a competent authority (court order, subpoena, or equivalent), we will cooperate to the extent required by law. We may notify the affected user unless prohibited from doing so.

8. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact us via Telegram (@wdchuhai004) with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the specific URL of the infringing content; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement of good-faith belief and authorization. Valid complaints will be acted on promptly.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. No Warranty

All products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continued availability of accounts on any third-party platform.
