Terms of Use

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY. By browsing, registering, ordering, or otherwise using WDCH (this "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

0. Eligibility & Age Confirmation

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• You are not located in, or a national/resident of, any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions (currently including but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions of Ukraine) or otherwise listed on any restricted-party list (US OFAC SDN, EU consolidated sanctions list, UK HMT, UN sanctions, etc.);
• You are not using the Site or products on behalf of any restricted person or entity.

1. Nature of Products

All products offered on the Site are virtual digital goods — pre-registered social media account credentials, proxy IP access tokens, software activation codes, and similar electronic deliverables. Delivery is electronic and effectively instantaneous after payment.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Prices are listed in Chinese Yuan (RMB / CNY). For international users, an indicative USD price is displayed for reference, computed at the current published exchange rate. Final billing is always in RMB for Alipay / WeChat Pay channels, and in USDT-TRC20 for cryptocurrency channels.

2.2 Payment must be completed in full and confirmed by our system before product delivery. Failed, partial, or duplicate payments will not be processed.

2.3 All sales are final. Due to the digital and reproducible nature of the products, refunds are NOT available except in the limited circumstances of Section 4.

3. Delivery

3.1 Auto-Delivery products: delivered immediately upon payment confirmation via the on-screen order page and (if email provided) email.

3.2 Manual-Delivery products: typically delivered within 24 hours (Beijing time) during business days. Some specialty SKUs may require longer; specific lead times are listed in the product description.

3.3 Buyer is responsible for promptly inspecting the delivered credentials, attempting login, and reporting issues within the after-sales window (Section 4).

4. Limited After-Sales Guarantee

4.1 We guarantee successful first login within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

4.2 If, during the 24-hour window, buyer encounters:

• invalid credentials (wrong username/password supplied by us), OR
• an account already banned by the platform at the moment of delivery,

buyer may request a replacement of equal value. This is the sole and exclusive remedy.

4.3 After 24 hours, OR after buyer's first successful login (whichever is earlier), no further claims will be accepted, including but not limited to:

• Subsequent bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by the platform;
• Loss of friends, followers, or content;
• Requirement of additional verification (SMS, ID, etc.) by the platform;
• Functional limitations introduced by platform policy updates;
• Account-recovery email or phone failing at a later date.

4.4 For bulk orders, buyer is strongly advised to test a small quantity before placing a large order.

5. Risk Disclosure

Buyer acknowledges and accepts the following risks:

• Social media accounts are virtual assets fully under the control of their issuing platforms. Platforms may, at any time and without notice, ban, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts based on their own policies, automated detection systems, or user reports.
• Proxy IPs may be blacklisted, flagged, or rate-limited by destination services at any time.
• WDCH has no control over and accepts no responsibility for platform decisions affecting accounts after delivery.
• All ban, suspension, restriction, and functionality risk after first successful login is borne entirely by the buyer.

6. Buyer Obligations

• Change all credentials (password, security questions, recovery email/phone) immediately upon receipt.
• Use accounts strictly in accordance with the issuing platform's Terms of Service.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions regulations.
• Do not engage in fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, distribution of illegal content, or any unlawful activity.
• Maintain operational security: use clean residential IPs, fingerprint browsers, and one account per session as recommended in our tutorials.

7. Indemnification

Buyer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WDCH, its operators, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, fines, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from buyer's use, misuse, or violation of these Terms or any law.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall WDCH be liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• damages exceeding, in the aggregate, the amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Force Majeure

WDCH is not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of government, changes in platform policies, payment-processor outages, internet or hosting disruptions, war, civil unrest, pandemic, fire, flood, earthquake, or labor disputes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 The parties shall first attempt amicable resolution via Telegram support (@wdchuhai004).

11.2 If amicable resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the Hong Kong SAR under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), or such other forum as the parties may agree in writing.

11.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between buyer and WDCH regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

14. Anti-Money-Laundering / Sanctions Compliance

14.1 WDCH does not knowingly facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful financial activity.

14.2 For cryptocurrency payments (USDT-TRC20), buyer represents that all funds used are from legitimate sources and not derived from illegal activity.

14.3 We reserve the right to refuse, reverse, or report any transaction we reasonably believe to be linked to money laundering, fraud, sanctions violation, or other illegal activity. For higher-value or unusual transactions, we may request additional information or documentation before delivery.

14.4 We cooperate with law enforcement and financial regulators where required by valid legal process.
